Click on the SUPPORT button that you find in each of the main pages of our websites:

If you do not have an account as a first step, click on CREATE SAB ACCOUNT, otherwise, just log in.



You will now be redirected to our help desk portal:

Just for the first time you will have to click on SIGN UP and proceed with the registration of your freshdesk's account.

You will receive a registration email in order to confirm the new profile.

If you do not receive it, please check the spam folder.


At this point you are ready to SUBMIT A TICKET and to CHECK THE STATUS OF YOUR TICKETS
